Lundy's Lane Battlefield Site Photos

Plaque of sculpture pictured to the right. Bronze sculpture by Ralph Sketch entitled, 'Holding the high Ground', depicting Drummond astride his horse the next morning, watching for signs of an American return. Memorial erected by the Lundy's Lane Historical Society in 1895. In a vault beneath the obelisk are interred the remains of British soldiers killed during the action which were uncovered on the late 19th century.
